Whether you are a new or seasoned visitor, Cornwall has a lot to offer the holiday maker and traveller alike. Cornwall boasts some of the most ancient, picturesque and accessible countryside and sites of interest in the country. Cornwall is a mecca for relaxation and recreational pursuits for everyone to enjoy.

Vast tracts of Cornwall have undergone very little change down the ages. Much of the architecture remains as it did hundreds of years ago with many structures marking the passing of time still monumental to this.  

Old and young can experience the magic and excitement of Cornwall. A wide range of activities and recreation are available to retain the enthusiasm of all age groups. Cornwall is very much the family holiday destination.   

Cornwall's countryside and many public gardens bathe in subtropical climates on a par with the Balearics. St. Ives and Carbis Bay have a record of winning prestigious awards for their floral decorations and have been regular winners in the Britain in Bloom Competition.

Ancient woods are freely accessible for exploring as well as the many castles, manor houses and buildings of historical interest. Many live events can be seen and perhaps one of the most memorable and dramatic is the open air performances at the Minack Theatre.

Cornwall also provides horse riding, canoeing, fishing, sea fishing, golf, biking, hiking, pot-holing, rock climbing, scuba diving, ballooning and even skydiving, to name but a few.

The much younger visitor may also have yearnings for the above but they will enjoy the pleasures of Flambards Theme and Adventure Park close to Helston, The Blue Lagoon in Newquay, Ships and Castles in Falmouth, the many animal farms, sanctuaries and wildlife centres that dot Cornwall as well as the traditional fun and games at the many beaches and coves. Some areas maintain registered "Kids Clubs" that give you as a parent the freedom to explore your own perspective of Cornwall.
